Who can receive stamps

We distribute stamps to individuals and organizations that can use them to foster an appreciation for philately or enrich educational activities. Recipients include schools, museums, educational nonprofits, community programs, artists, and young or first-time collectors.

Depending on your needs and our inventory, we can provide a broad assortment or a thematic selection covering subjects such as wildlife, history, art, transportation, and science.

The educational value of stamps

Stamps are miniature gateways to the world. They can support lessons in geography, history, art, science, politics, and culture. They give students a tangible connection to other places and past events, and they reward close observation.

Building a collection can also develop research, classification, and organizational skills. Most importantly, it can be fun.

Next steps

Send us a request with information about yourself or your organization and a short description of how you plan to use the stamps. We will contact you to discuss what is available. Individual collectors are welcome to apply even without a formal educational project.
